Effective Monday, November 21, 2006 the Delivery System is being upgraded with the enhancements necessary for the new Metal
process. Following is a list of the changes:
- The Enter, Update and Delete functions will be removed from the Holdings menu. If your firm should need holdings added into
the System please contact the Chicago Board of Trade Registrar office at 312-435-3592 for details on the registration process.
- Update Storage Paid-Through-Date function will be removed from the Inquire Holdings results. The date will be displayed but
it will not be updateable.
- Any existing holdings that are not involved in a delivery from Thursday, November 16, 2006 or Friday, November 17, 2006 will
be deleted from the system.
- Invoice amounts from any Metal assignments on Friday, November 17, 2006 will be automatically paid and collected through the
CME Clearing System on Monday, November 20, 2006.
In addition, Firms will gain the ability to download a Financial invoice into an Excel sheet. The first use of the function
will be available on November 30, 2006.
